Overall, the companies within the memory industry have recorded extraordinary performance due to the high AI-related demand. This article examines whether the company’s highly cyclical business model can shift towards a more sustainable and visible one. Although I believe that SNDK could outperform in the long term, I rate the stock as HOLD, as its valuation metrics are at similar levels with its main competitor, and I feel more comfortable opening a position after a “buy the dip” opportunity. Pricing Power Drives to More Healthy Financials The company reported Q2’26 revenue of $3B, up 31% QoQ and 61% YoY. Even more impressive is the YoY increase of 386% in operating income, in parallel with a 973% increase in operating CF and an 826% increase in FCF. Primary drivers of these financial results are the 36% increase in average selling prices (ASP) and the 22% increase in volume sold.
