Svetlana Dyachkova/iStock via Getty Images Introduction Crocs ( CROX ) closed out its fourth quarter with flattish revenues, with both the top and bottom lines above expectations thanks to better inventory management, direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth, and margin stabilization. The core Crocs brand showed stability, especially outside the U.S., while the HEYDUDE brand continued its turnaround with wholesale cleanup and selective promotional strategies. With strong free cash flow and aggressive share repurchases, at a valuation that’s below 7x forward earnings, I think Crocs is a buy. A Look at the Most Recent Quarter Crocs closed out 2025 with strong results that beat on both the top and bottom lines. In Q4 , revenues clocked in at $958 million , down 4%, but that was an improvement sequentially from Q3. The Crocs brand generated $768 million, driven by 11% international growth. While this was partially offset by an 18% decline to $189 million at HEYDUDE, margins held up relatively well, which allowed for a 38-cent beat on EPS to $2.29 in the quarter. Company Filings When looking at the full-year results, FY’25 revenues were just over $4 billion, down 1.5% compared to last year as the company navigated some volatility across its brands. At Crocs, which accounts for 82% of total company revenue, full-year revenues were up only 1%, with the DTC business climbing 3% and wholesale channels dipping 1%. The reason for this was deliberate efforts to manage promotions and inventory flow. In terms of the economics, units sold for the Crocs brand climbed 2% to 129 million pairs, with average selling prices holding roughly flat. Regionally, North America saw a 7% drop to $1.7 billion, driven by reduced DTC promotions and controlled wholesale sell-in. International revenues climbed 11% to $1.6 billion thanks to 23% DTC growth and 5% wholesale growth. In the international business, the big standout was China's sales growth, up 30% compared to last year. For the HEYDUDE brand (the ...

Art’s Role in Wealth Preservation and Growth Blue-chip art has functioned as a store of value for centuries. It is supply constrained, its demand is global, and its pricing is not largely dictated by financial markets. Historically, art has demonstrated: Low correlation to public equities, bonds, and other popular markets Resilience across certain inflationary and deflationary periods The ability to preser...
