So far in 2026, yield plays and value stocks have outperformed the precisely flat S&P 500 (YTD through Valentine’s Day). One fund that has benefited from money moving out of the Mag 7 and into blue-chip dividend payers is the WisdomTree US Total Dividend Fund ETF ( DTD ). I had a buy rating on the ETF back in December of 2024. Shares have returned 16% since then, outperforming the S&P 500. Today, the valuation is not as compelling, but the chart is on a clear uptrend. I reiterate a buy rating. I think the answer lies in what kind of business eBay is becoming, and whether the market is still pricing it like the company it used to be. Next week, when eBay reports quarterly results on Feb. 18, analysts expect it to report fourth-quarter earnings per share of around $1.35 on revenue of roughly $2.87 billion. Those numbers align with management's guidance from October, which calls for high-single-digit revenue growth and 5% merchandise volume (GMV) expansion at the midpoint. Since that article, Globalstar is up 104%. You can read the article here . I argued that high margin expansion of the Internet of Things, commercialization of XCOM RAN, and the partnership with Apple are the primary catalysts for the stock. In this article, I will evaluate the milestones Globalstar has achieved since I first wrote about them and how they are performing in their business areas and compare them to my earlier estimates. Due to the significant stock price appreciation, I am adjusting my rating for the medium term from Strong Buy to Buy. However, for the long term, I remain convinced that the stock is a Strong Buy. XCOM RAN A core part of my earlier coverage was XCOM RAN. In it, I noted that it enables high-capacity private 5G networks that work on Globalstar's dedicated Band n53 mid-band spectrum. My presumption was that this would play well with the AI-mediated automatization trend that we are currently seeing.
