With respect to this article, I mentioned that the company was a "Strong Buy" based on the fact that it had achieved positive results from its phase 2b study using Treprostinil Palmitil Inhalation Powder [TPIP] for the treatment of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension [PAH]. I'm going to keep this rating on this stock for this reason and for several other reasons that have occurred since then. In terms of the development of TPIP for the treatment of patients with hypertension, this program is coming along very well. One reason is because the company expects to initiate a phase 3 study using TPIP for the treatment of patients with PAH in the 1st half of 2026. The second reason is because the company has already expanded to another similar patient population. It is actively enrolling in the ongoing phase 3 PALM-ILD study using TPIP for the treatment of patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease [PH-ILD]. This program in itself is extensive. Consider that the company is looking to release data from its phase 2b open-label extension [OLE] trial using TPIP for the treatment of patients with PAH in the 2nd half of 2026. Along with it expecting to branch out to using this inhalation powder for evaluation in the targeting of patients with primary progressive fibrosis [PPF] and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis [IPF]. Both of such phase 3 study programs are expected to be initiated in the 2nd half of 2026. There was another win that happened since I last spoke about this company. It did indeed receive FDA approval of dipeptidyl peptidase 1 [DPP1] inhibitor BRINSUPRI [brensocatib] as the first and only non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis [NCFB] in adults and pediatric patients ages 12 and older. A rush by bond traders to unwind US futures positions amid the selloff triggered by war in Iran is running its course, setting the stage for new wagers that will determine whether the rout reverses or deepens. Just before hostilities broke out on Feb. 28, positions in US bond futures were heavily skewed toward lower rates, in part reflecting investor concerns about the outlook for growth. Those worries were abruptly replaced by inflation fears as the war sparked a surge in oil prices, prompting traders who were caught off guard to exit their positions, in turn accelerating the market decline. These types of position-driven dislocations tend to fade within 10 to 15 days, according to research from Morgan Stanley. Tuesday marked the 17th trading session since war broke out, with US yields trading near their highest in months, though retracing some losses late in the day on a report from Israel’s Channel 12 that the US is seeking a one-month ceasefire with Iran. “This places the market near an inflection point, where the line between positioning unwind and structural shift should become clearer over the next few weeks,” Morgan Stanley’s Shaun Zhou wrote in a note Monday. While the biggest amount of unwinds occurred on March 2, the new positions added since then have broadly signaled short positions, targeting higher Treasury yields. “We saw a large addition of new short risk into cheapening,” Citigroup’s David Bieber , who sees both tactical and structural positioning now “one-sided moderately short,” said in a Monday note. In the cash market, a Tuesday release of a JPMorgan Treasury client survey showed a substantial rise in neutral positioning, signaling high uncertainty about the future path of Treasury yields from here. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. "We are excited about Fauna's vision to build capable, safe, and fun robots for everyone," an Amazon spokesperson told CNBC in a statement. "Together with Amazon's robotics expertise and decades of experience earning customer trust in the home through our retail and devices businesses, we're looking forward to inventing new ways to make our customers' lives better and easier." A New Mexico jury on Tuesday found Meta Platforms violated state law in a lawsuit brought by the state attorney general, who accused the company of misleading users about the safety of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp and of enabling child sexual exploitation on those platforms.
