The stock remains up about 15% over the past 12 months. The operator of 52 airports across Latin America and Europe including key hubs in Argentina, Brazil, Italy and Uruguay, posted revenue of $537.6 million, ahead of the Wall Street consensus estimate of $479.5 million. Profitability improves but falls short of Wall Street expectations Profitability improved, with net income rising to $77.1 million, or $0.47 a share, from $40.8 million, or $0.25 a share, a year earlier, but missed the $0.55 consensus estimate. On an operating basis, the company showed stronger momentum. Operating income climbed to $139.5 million from $104.0 million a year earlier, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization reached $198.0 million, reflecting a 25.5% increase year over year. Adjusted ebitda margins also expanded, supported by higher traffic and improved commercial performance. Passenger traffic rose 7% to 21.8 million during the quarter, driven largely by a 14% increase in international travel, while cargo volumes and aircraft movements also posted modest gains. “We delivered a strong start to 2026, with broad-based growth across our airport network and continued progress on our key financial metrics,” Chief Executive Martín Eurnekian said in the earnings release. Global airport network continues to expand and diversify Growth was led by Argentina, where international travel helped offset softer domestic demand, while Brazil showed recovery and Italy, Uruguay and Ecuador posted steady gains despite regional challenges. The company ended the quarter with $666.2 million in cash and a net debt-to-adjusted ebitda ratio of 0.5 times, underscoring what management described as a stron...
