Because of its monthly dividends, triple net lease model, and similar segment focus. But there's more to ADC in my view, and I will discuss that in this article. A few of my latest articles about ADC were a hold. I see that people sometimes read this as me being bearish on ADC. But that's not the case. When I rate ADC a hold, I want to show you that I have enough faith in the business to keep owning it. I have some shares in ADC that I was lucky to buy at a lower price. How much lower? My cost average is in the $50s. Data by YCharts I see that's changed now. I saw ADC's stock price was even above $80 a few weeks back. Yes, I like the business very much, and I'm happy that the valuation is growing. But I don't like to sugarcoat things, so I will state right from the get-go: I'm not buying ADC at these levels. But I'm not selling shares either. Where does that leave us? ADC remains a hold for me. I decided to prepare a follow-up coverage as ADC published its annual financials. And I want to give you my outlook on its valuation as a lot has happened in the last 6 months. Yes, the last time I covered ADC was in September 2025, so I think the follow-up is a good idea, especially as I know many of my readers like Agree Realty very much. SK Hynix Inc. said it seeks to list in the US this year, part of a bid to raise money to keep pace with artificial intelligence’s voracious demand for memory. The South Korean supplier of high-bandwidth memory chips made a confidential submission to the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an American Depositary Receipts listing, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company, which is holding its annual shareholders’ meeting on Wednesday, did not disclose details regarding the schedule of the listing in the filing. SK Hynix is ramping up investment in new capacity to meet AI’s escalating needs for rapid access to data. Earlier this week, it said it plans to spend $8 Billion on cutting-edge extreme ultraviolet lithography chipmaking tools from ASML Holding NV, equipment necessary to scale up quickly. SK Hynix seeks to raise 10 trillion won to 15 trillion won ($10 billion) from a US listing, local media reported Tuesday, an amount that would rank it among the biggest New York listings by foreign companies.
