Although the company raised its dividend, a major cut to its full-year 2026 outlook led to a stock sell-off. Shares plummeted roughly 6.1% after-hours on Tuesday, immediately following the release, the sell-off has deepened in Wednesday’s premarket, with the stock down approximately 7.8%. Q2 2026 highlights include earnings per share of $0.47, below the analyst consensus of $0.82, and revenue of $587.5 million, missing estimates of $ 663.67 M, with EBITDA of $61 million, or 10% of revenue. In Q2, new railcar orders totaled 2,900 units valued at $390 million, with deliveries of 3,800 units. The backlog consists of 15,200 units worth about $2.1 billion as of February 28, 2026 , and the board increased the dividend by 6% to $0.34 per share. The Board approved a 6% increase to the quarterly dividend, now $0.34 per share . Management has cut its FY2026 forecast due to delivery timing shifts and a slower production ramp. Getty Images Overview When I previously covered the Voya Global Advantage & Premium Opportunity Fund ( IGA ), I issued a hold rating due to the valuation at the time. I was concerned about initiating a position while market indices were trading at all-time highs. Since then, the markets have pulled back from those highs, and I wanted to reassess the fund's overall value proposition. IGA provides direct exposure to some of the highest quality businesses in the world, but the underlying structure makes me a bit cautious about the long-term potential. When I previously covered IGA, the fund traded at a discount to NAV of 5.97%. As the fund continues to pull back over the last few months, the fund now trades at a slightly larger discount to NAV of 7.86%. Although this isn't the deepest discount that the fund has traded at, it's a fairly reasonable valuation for investors looking to accumulate shares at a discount. However, IGA has traded at an average discount to NAV of 9.45% over the last five years. Despite the reasonable price to NAV level, I believe there's a chance that the discount to NAV can deepen if market sentiment doesn't improve. CEFData.com IGA now offers investors a starting dividend yield of 10.7% and issues those payouts on a monthly basis. However, I believe that the funds distribution policy is a bit too generous and is hurting the long-term NAV growth of the fund. If market indices continue to decline through 2026, the fund may be forced to reduce the distribution at some point to slow the rate of NAV erosion. Furthermore, the fund's structure of putting an emphasis on distributions means that the ability for capital appreciation is fairly limited, even through a strong market rally.
