Boarding1Now/iStock Editorial via Getty Images Summary SPHR stock is +42% YTD and recently reported earnings that beat expectations. Fundamentals remain solid with expansion plans to drive future long term earnings along with a strong concert lineup for the rest of the year. However, the stock is already trading at a premium vs. peers on a forward EV/EBITDA multiple while SPHR's forecasted EBITDA growth rates are only in line with its peer average and not forecasted to massively outperform. Hence, the stock is already fully valued in my view and I recommend a HOLD rating as the easy money has already been made. Given strong company fundamentals, I do not recommend a SELL or a short position.
