财联社5月25日讯（编辑 杨斌） 今年以来，债券ETF市场逐渐平稳，整体规模目前维持在8000亿元上方。近日，沪深交易所发布协议回购业务规则及配套指南修订通知，深交所将债券ETF纳入协议回购质押券范围，上交所则明确其作为优质担保品的地位。业内认为，这将有助于增强债券ETF的交易活跃度和市场流动性，提升债券ETF的配置吸引力。 财联社据Wind数据统计，目前全市场共53只债券ETF，规模合计8067亿元。其中，共有33只ETF规模在百亿元以上，短融ETF海富通的规模超过900亿元。 图：规模居前的债券ETF （资料来源：Wind数据，财联社整理） 由于基准做市信用债ETF与科创债ETF的集中获批并上市，2025年债券ETF呈现爆发式增长。债券ETF规模在2025年大增6500多亿元，年末一度接近8300亿。今年以来，并无债券ETF新品种供给，市场整体规模较去年末小幅回落。 在较短时间内的规模积累，不仅带动债券ETF整体体量快速提升，也进一步丰富了债券领域的指数化投资工具供给。同时，部分债券ETF可作为质押券参与质押式回购，有利于投资者实现杠杆策略，深得机构投资者青睐。 5月22日，上交所发布《关于上海证券交易所债券质押式协议回购业务开展有关事项的通知》，以“扶优限劣、分层管理”为原则，推动债券质押式协议回购业务高质量发展。深交所同样发布通知，对《深圳证券交易所债券交易业务指引第4号——债券质押式协议回购风险控制》进行了修订。 债券ETF纳入深交所协议回购质押券范围，是本次修订的一大亮点。深交所在通知中明确，在本所上市的债券ETF可作为质押券参与协议回购，数量申报单位为份，成交金额不得超过债券ETF质押份数与前收盘价的乘积，并自2026年10月26日起施行。另外，上交所同样将债券ETF纳入协议回购优质担保品范畴。 业内分析师解释称，此前上交所债券ETF已可作为质押券参与“协议质押式回购”业务，另外部分债券ETF允许开展“通用质押式回购”交易。本次深交所修订相当于是在过往的基础上，进一步扩大债券ETF参与回购交易的质押券范围，并明确其作为优质担保品的地位。 2022年5月，上交所发布《关于债券ETF纳入债券质押式协议回购交易的通知》，首度将债券ETF纳入债券质押式协议回购交易质押券。2022年10月，沪深交易所发布《关于部分债券交易型开放式基金开展通用质押式回购交易有关事...

But an intervention by the US tech billionaire on behalf of a far-right offshoot of Reform UK is one of several signs that a divided right wing could deliver the Makerfield seat to the Manchester mayor. On 18 June, Burnham will fight a byelection in Greater Manchester, and polls have him only slightly ahead of Reform’s candidate, Robert Kenyon, a plumber. Because of that, even though I already knew the company for some time I postponed this analysis; there are different businesses and moving parts to be considered and that ends up making it difficult to have a clear opinion (whether a bearish or bullish opinion). But going deeper, the case really surprised me positively. Of course there are problems and very uncertain parts, but there are also positive triggers and very resilient divisions at Ford. More specifically, I really liked the Ford Pro and how it can almost be a “buy Ford Pro, get the rest for free” case. Therefore, I am initiating coverage of Ford with a buy rating. Ford Blue, Ford E, and Risks I will start with the most challenging part of Ford’s business. Of course, the Ford Blue part is still the core of the business, it is where most of the EBIT is and where Ford continues being iconic, that is, still with a high market share in several markets around the world and being that kind of “top of mind” brand. In other words, it is a historical business, and on top of that it is still one of the engines of profitability and cash flow for the company. It certainly cannot be disregarded. But it is also where there is a division with many challenges. In Q1 the EBIT margin improved a lot and had some tailwinds, such as mix and IEEPA tariff benefits, around $700 million. And because of that, the EBIT Margin was 8%. Removing this benefit, the EBIT margin would already fall to 5%. It is still a positive margin, and considering that it is a very asset-heavy industry, high depreciation, very competitive, it would not exactly be a bad margin.
