For the period ending May 1, Dell said it earned an adjusted $4.86 per share as revenue surged 88% year-over-year to come in at $43.8. Of the company's two units, Client Solutions Group generated $14.6B in revenue, up 17% year-over-year. Operating income for the unit was $1.2B. Dell's Infrastructure Solutions Group, which houses its AI server business, delivered $29B in revenue for the fourth quarter, up 181% year-over-year. AI server revenue exploded 757% year-over-year to hit $16.1B. Operating income for the segment was $3.1B, up 206% year over year. Outlook Therapeutics ( Nasdaq: OTLK ) on Thursday said it priced a registered direct offering of about 8.54 million shares of common stock at $0.5855 per share to GMS Ventures and Investments, its largest shareholder. The offering is expected to generate gross proceeds of about $5 million before expenses and is scheduled to close on or about May 29, subject to customary closing conditions.
