Shares were 4.12% higher at $12.63 during late morning trading on Monday. The hotel and resort REIT said its comparable revenue per available room is expected to grow 3.9% year-over-year in April 2026 and 4.7% in May 2026, excluding revenue for the Royal Palm South Beach Miami property. Including the Royal Palm South Beach Miami revenue, RevPAR is expected to grow 1.4% in April 2026 and 4.5% in May 2026. "June 2026 is expected to be the strongest month of Q2, with group revenue pace for the month up over 14% compared to June 2025," PK said in an investor presentation. The Tysons, Virginia-based company said it sold its ownership interest in the unconsolidated JV that operated the 288-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town for $29M during May.
