The offering is set to close on April 16, 2026. The company has given underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 7.11M additional shares at the offering price, minus discounts and commissions. TeraWulf plans to use the net proceeds to help fund construction costs for its data center campus in Hawesville, Kentucky, repay debts, acquire new sites, and for general corporate purposes.
