Users can already prompt the AI to find nearby stores, recommend meals based on a specific budget, and place pickup orders, while future updates will allow companies to operate customized, proactive AI agents on the platform.

Hugo Kurk/iStock via Getty Images Thesis Ambarella, Inc. ( AMBA ) has pivoted multiple times throughout its tenure. Its most recent pivot into edge AI, specifically automotive, has caught the attention of investors over the last few years. And the increase in attention appears to at least be somewhat warranted given recent financials, and not just based on the trendy AI topic. Its metrics are largely improving, from impressive annual revenue growth to shrinking net losses. Despite improvements, the valuation still appears largely out of reach due to persistent losses over the preceding years. Increasing Revenues Are Promising Listening to Ambarella’s management, the growth story is centered squarely around edge AI. And while it’s important to invest based on future prospects, I’d like to take a look at how much of the current revenue growth is due to future ideas versus what is currently being implemented. Year over year, Ambarella’s revenues grew an impressive 16.9%, from $85.9 million to $100.4 million for the period ending April 30, 2026. According to management, the growth was led by automotive revenue growth, citing, “Our automotive revenue established a new all-time revenue record, with very strong double-digit growth led by the rapid emergence of AI…” Surprisingly, this was despite other revenue lines being suppressed year over year. Automotive, in this case, refers to part of Ambarella’s edge AI portfolio specifically for AI processors and software. The growth in this category firmly reinforces the growth story surrounding edge AI and its use cases. Edge AI specifically is expected to grow at a CAGR of 16.9% from 2025 through 2030 , which is completely in line with the revenue growth of Ambarella for the last quarter. We can use this to assume that Ambarella just needs to ride the wave of edge AI and not even necessarily do anything extraordinary. Grand View Research Ambarella Has A Strong Balance Sheet Changing gears, we’ll review the balance sheet to deter...

In this article BTC.CM= Follow your favorite stocks CREATE FREE ACCOUNT Cheng Xin | Getty Images Bitcoin's highest conviction holders have joined the sell-off in the cryptocurrency, which could signal the beginning of the end of the ongoing crypto slump, according to Compass Point. Long-term holders – defined as those that have held onto their coins for at least 155 days, or about five months – were largely inactive from February to April but have turned into sellers in recent weeks, Compass Point analyst Ed Engel said in a note Tuesday. In the past two days they've sold about $2.4 billion in bitcoin, "which has large implications on BTC's supply/demand balances," Engel said. He also highlighted that 26% of bitcoin sold in the last 30 days came from investors who bought it above $90,000. "This cohort of top-buyers had been resilient throughout the bear market; however, they're finally capitulating as BTC approaches new cycle lows," he added. "Top-buyer capitulation is a very common theme in late cycle bear markets. This makes us more confident that BTC's bear market is in late stages." Bitcoin has been struggling to climb back toward its October record of more than $126,000 as uncertainty around the U.S.-Iran war has kept the price under pressure. Meanwhile, however, the stock market has risen to new records. The divergence has investors questioning both of bitcoin's dominant narratives: that it's "digital gold" that should benefit from geopolitical uncertainty, and that it trades like a high beta tech stock. On Monday, bitcoin ETFs registered their 11th day in a row — and longest streak ever — of net outflows, according to SoSoValue. Bitcoin is down 10% week-to-date after some fear-based unloading on Monday – following Strategy's minor sale of 32 coins – triggered a cascade of long liquidations that accelerated the downward pressure. Still, analysts say Strategy's sale is not a significant factor driving bitcoin's price. "ETF flows are the primary driver of BTC pri...

Despite the volume of information published on Monday, crucial documents were withheld at the request of the Metropolitan police on the grounds that they could “potentially prejudice” an investigation. They include a document summarising the vetting process, which concluded with officials recommending Mandelson not be given security clearance. Continue reading...

At this week's REITweek conference, scores of REITs came to meet with analysts, investors, and potential investors, updating them on their businesses and prospects. While REITs span a wide spectrum of industries — from shopping malls to warehouses to data centers — they're all operating against an uncertain economic backdrop. The chief concern is how long oil prices will remain elevated due to the Middle East conflict. Even if the Strait of Hormuz opens today, it will take months for the flow of oil and other commodities to normalize. Realty Income ( O ), one of the largest and oldest REITs, says its model is well positioned to deal with uncertainty. "In many respects, some of our tenants perform better with uncertainty," said CFO Jonathan Pong in an interview with Seeking Alpha. The REIT's No. 1 tenant is grocery. Instead of going out to eat, more people will cook at home, requiring them to buy groceries. Or instead of picking up a latte at Starbucks, they'll pick up a coffee at a 7-Eleven ( SVNDY ). Other resilient sectors include health and fitness clubs, dollar stores (Dollar General ( DG ) is Realty Income's largest tenant), and warehouse clubs, such as Sam's Club ( WMT ) and BJ's Wholesale (BJS). Pong also noted that businesses catering to consumers on the upper end of the income distribution are also doing well. Realty Income ( O ) has exposure to the gaming sector, with ownership of Wynn Encore in Boston and a 22% stake in the Bellagio in Las Vegas. "We're well positioned across the board," Pong said. But, of course, not all tenants are thriving. Tenants on its watchlist "tend to be smaller, casual dining chains… That's one of the first things that people cut back on," he said. The aim is to keep that watchlist as small as possible. Some home furnishings retailers are also on watch. Another sector is car washes, due to oversupply as private equity stepped into the space. Right now that watchlist is at about 5.9% of its total rent base. By contrast, that figu...

And while its nine-day winning streak appears at risk, two key tech companies reporting earnings after the bell could determine the next move higher or lower: Broadcom , the chipmaking giant that doubles as a software provider, and Crowdstrike , a cybersecurity leader that's helping lift cloud stocks out of a bear market. At more than $2 trillion, Broadcom is now bigger than two of the "Magnificent Seven" stocks and is up just shy of 40% year-to-date, far outperforming any of its mega-cap peers in the top 10 stocks of the S&P 500. That brings its 1-year move to 88%, compared to 29% in the Mag-7 ETF (MAGS) . Traders are preparing for an 8% swing in AVGO after earnings, according to the options-implied move. That's about standard for the stock, which has moved a median 9.9% after earnings over the past two years, according to Cboe LiveVol data. Stock Chart Icon Stock chart icon Broadcom and Crowdstrike, YTD Call volume outpaced puts in Broadcom almost two-to-one Wednesday, with about an even level of call selling versus buying, and more than $400 million of total $520m in options premium traded in calls, according to SpotGamma. Of the top 20 contracts by volume, 18 expire on Friday. The most popular by volume and dollar amount as of writing is the 500-strike call. Options volumes are much lower in Crowdstrike and the flows don't lean notably in either direction. Still, pressure is on for the cybersecurity stock that's more than doubled in price off March lows and now trades at a market cap of almost $200 billion, just shy of Palo Alto Networks, which dropped 6.5% today despite reporting earnings Tuesday that beat most analysts' estimates. Crowdstrike traders are also bracing for an 8%...
