Stop Voter Fraud Or "Lose The Republic" Via Greg Hunter’s USAWatchdog.com , Dr. Jerome Corsi says the Democrat election and voter fraud has to keep going or there will be “catastrophic losses” in the November midterm elections. Dr. Corsi contends, “Democrat Voter Fraud in America is Legion.” Dr. Corsi has a Harvard PhD in political science. He has written more than 50 books, and many of them became best-sellers. Look at what is going on in California with election officials still counting votes for many days after the Tuesday primary that just happened. Counting mail-in votes after election day has been ruled unconstitutional recently by the Supreme Court ( Bost v. Illinois State Board of Elections ), and yet, they are still counting votes after election day in California. Dr. Corsi says: “I think Spencer Pratt has a case right now under that Supreme Court decision. California continuing to allow the votes to be counted is unconstitutional. It violates directly the ‘Bost decision.’ If anybody had any smarts in the Department of Justice, they would be all over this ... The Supreme Court decision said it is inherently unfair to keep counting votes after election day, and this needs to be stopped... There are 130 cases all over the country that will start percolating up based on the Bost case.” Stopping the counting of mail-in ballots after election day will be a top priority for the Trump Administration for November. Democrats lost another fight recently with another Supreme Court decision on setting up Congressional Districts based on race alone. Dr. Corsi says, “The Supreme Court has already made a major decision on redistricting. It cannot be done by race. This is probably going to cost Democrats in November. They will probably lose 10 or 15 seats in the House of Representatives over that. ” So, with losses already baked into the cake for Dems in November, expect them to fight even harder for voter fraud to keep them in power. Corsi says, “ In a country where you c...

Alex Potemkin/iStock via Getty Images Introduction Shares of Northeast Community Bancorp, Inc. ( NECB ) are up in the high single digits so far in 2026, notably outperforming U.S. financial peers held in the IYF ETF , benefiting from a cheap valuation and deposit inflows, as discussed in my prior coverage of NECB . As I will elaborate on in this article, the bank made incremental progress in attracting deposits in Q1 2026, albeit at a slower pace compared to H2 2025. Deposit dynamics are quite important for NECB, as much of the underperformance in 2025 was arguably driven by the bank's borrowing from the New York Fed Discount Window. As I will discuss shortly, this borrowing has almost entirely been repaid. Against this positive backdrop, I remain bullish on NECB, confirming my previous Buy rating on the shares. My investment thesis can be briefly summarized as: NECB's credit quality remains supreme, with the bank boasting no non-performing loans. NECB trades at only 7.6x its trailing earnings, a deep discount relative to the broader U.S. financial sector and direct U.S. regional bank peers. NECB's CET1 capital ratio is quite high at 15.47%, allowing the bank to pursue incremental share buybacks. For readers not familiar with NECB, it is a regional bank focused primarily on construction finance in New York and Massachusetts, with total assets growing significantly over the past decade, from roughly $735 million in December 2016 to $2.025 billion in Q1 2026, notwithstanding a slowdown in growth since December 2024: Total asset developments in 2016-2026 (Seeking Alpha) Q1 2026 Results Overview NECB reported EPS of $0.74/share , down 5% Y/Y, principally impacted by lower non-interest income, where the bank recorded a $121,000 unrealized loss on equity securities, notably below the $300,000 gain seen in Q1 2025. Aside from this volatile income statement line, performance was pressured by marginally lower net interest income (NII) (down 0.5% Y/Y) and a slight increase in...
