Photofex-AT/iStock Editorial via Getty Images My investment thesis and Strong Buy rating for TAT Technologies Ltd. ( TATT ) is coupled to strong demand for MRO services in the aerospace and defense industry, particularly on APUs and landing gears. Shares of TAT Technologies have surged following the announcement of MRO contracts valued at $45 million along with a disclosure of a $4 million gain on the sale of a minority interest. Since my last report , shares are up 23%, closing in on my prior $48.58 price target. In this report, I analyze the MRO contract announcement and why additional context regarding the health of the aerospace supply chain matters. Additionally, I update my price target for TAT Technologies as we start shifting our focus beyond 2027. TAT Technologies Wins $45 Million MRO Contract TAT Technologies won contracts with several international commercial and cargo airlines for APUs, or auxiliary power units, and heat exchangers. The contracts essentially validate TAT’s value proposition for MRO services in these product groups. However, we note that these contracts have a 5-10 year duration, meaning that the contribution is $4.5-$9 million annually compared to $177 million. That is still a significant contract, and with that in mind, the increase in stock prices does make sense. TAT Technologies’ backlog already stood at $580 million. The $45 million in contracts adds around 8% to that, but Q2 revenues are expected to be in the same range, pointing at a book-to-bill ratio of 1 with backlogs being stable, excluding any additional contracts during the quarter. The bigger issue that TAT Technologies faced in the most recent quarter was aerospace supply chain issues, which affected MRO and landing gear work. Aerospace Supply Chain Issues Impact Q1 Results Q1 2026 Earnings (TAT Technologies (Earnings Presentation)) In the first quarter, revenues declined 2.4% to $41.1 million. Gross margins expanded 80 basis points to 24.4%, and operating income declined ...

No question about it: Hyperliquid (CRYPTO: HYPE) has been one of the standout performers in the crypto market this year. This red-hot cryptocurrency is up 188% year to date and trades near an all-time high of $74. Right now, everything seems to be going in Hyperliquid's favor , including the launch of new ETFs at the end of May. But here's the thing: Hyperliquid's key competitive advantage may be coming to an end soon, which could have dire consequences for where its price is headed next. Approximately 18 months ago, Hyperliquid burst onto the crypto scene for one primary reason: its ability to offer perpetual futures trading for crypto traders. Perpetual futures are exactly the type of product that appeals to crypto traders: They are high-risk, high-upside, and offer the potential for plenty of leverage. Continue reading

Bowler takes four wickets for 10 runs in six overs ‘I was just on cloud nine. My legs were numb’ Ollie Robinson admitted that just a few months ago he “thought I was never playing for England again” after he produced an extraordinary comeback performance on the first day of the Test summer, a return that started with a three-wicket maiden and saw him finish with figures of four wickets for 10 runs in six overs. The 32-year-old was dropped in 2024 amid doubts over his fitness and commitment, and while England were collapsing to defeat in the Ashes – a failure that precipitated his return – he was also in Australia, rediscovering his appetite for the game playing grade cricket for Sydney University. STAG Industrial ( STAG ) ended Thursday 1.16% higher at $36.95, halting a six-session slide that had wiped more than 5% off the stock between May 27 and June 3. Thursday's recovery lifts the stock's year-to-date performance to a modest gain of 0.6%.In its most recent quarterly results, which is the first quarter, the earnings topped Wall Street consensus estimates, though the pace of same-store cash net operating income growth slowed from the prior quarter. The stock, along with broader REIT peers, has faced pressure from the prospect of higher interest rates, a sentiment that hardened after the U.S. and Israel struck Iran in late February, reigniting Middle East tensions. Bulls, however, point to the company's core strengths: a well-occupied, geographically diversified industrial portfolio, reliable growth in core funds from operations, and a 1.8x dividend coverage ratio that provides a meaningful cushion. Acquisition-driven expansion, fueled by e-commerce growth and the reshoring of U.S. supply chains, continues to underpin the long-term thesis. More on STAG Industrial STAG Industrial, Inc.
