3D Systems ( DDD ) announced the pricing of its previously announced upsized underwritten public offering of 16,393,443 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $3.05 per share for total gross proceeds of approximately $50M. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by 3D Systems. The offering is expected to close on June 5. In addition, 3D Systems ( DDD ) has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,459,016 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
