Victoria’s Secret ( VSXY ) on Thursday said that shareholders re-elected all nine of the company’s director nominees at its 2026 annual meeting, a vote of confidence in the retailer's board leadership sending its shares up around 2%. The company said Independent Chair Donna James received more than 99% support, excluding votes cast by BBRC International Pte Limited, which opposed her re-election and voted against all company director nominees other than Chief Executive Hillary Super. Including all votes cast, James was re-elected with more than 83% approval. Victoria’s Secret said each of its other director nominees received at least 96% approval excluding BBRC votes and at least 81% approval of all votes cast. The company said the outcome reflected shareholder support for the board, its "Path to Potential" strategy, and the progress achieved under that plan. The voting results are preliminary and remain subject to certification by the independent inspector of election, the company said.
