On Monday morning, the Israel-based tech firm lowered its top-line guidance to low teens from mid-teens growth for FY26 with a $50M reduction to bookings and a $25M decline to revenue. This followed the company's 20% reduction to its workforce that was reported late last month. RBC reduced its price target on the stock to $45 from $60 but retained its Sector Perform rating. "Continued/incremental weakness to the Partner's business was cited as the culprit (which was the issue on this more recent print)," said RBC analysts, led by Braqad Erickson, in a Tuesday investor note. "The company reiterated its FCF margin outlook of high-teens, which seems a function of the 20% headcount reduction that was announced 11 days ago, and slightly raised its more pointed FCF outlook to ~$420M vs. the prior outlook of ~$400M. The RIF drives $70M of cost savings for FY26 and $150M annualized." Shares of the stock have crashed 53% year to date. This drop was highlighted by a massive decline following its first-quarter fiscal 2026 financial results in mid-May that fell short of market expectations. "The stock now trades at 4.4x the Street's '27 FCF estimate, which is 18% above our estimate," Erickson said.
