CEO Jon Resnick said that the sale will enable Certara ( CERT ) to focus on its model-informed drug development and clinical intelligence solutions. “This transaction underlines our commitment to the acceleration of AI-integrated modeling and simulation across the drug development lifecycle,” he added. The unit, with nearly 220 employees, generated $50M in revenue and $17M in adjusted EBITDA excluding overheads last year. Certara ( CERT ) plans to revise its full-year outlook once the deal finalizes in Q2 2026. “Consistent with our strategy, we intend to deploy the proceeds to drive long-term value for customers, patients, and shareholders,” Resnick said. Seeking Alpha - Basic Trading Data Of NTST Stock I have provided continuing coverage on NTST at various intervals. In my last two pieces published in October 2023 and January 2025, I rated shares as a Buy and highlighted the REIT’s strong portfolio metrics and forward outlook as two big catalysts for upside. In valuing the stock, I mentioned that investors could see at least 20% upside potential in the stock. And that would have excluded the 6% annualized dividend at the time. Since my last update, shares have returned a total of 62%. This trumps the broader S&P 500’s ( SPY ) gain over the same period. Seeking Alpha - NTST Share Price Performance Since Last Author Update Today, I still like the stock. However, shares are now trading at about 15x the midpoint of forward AFFO guidance of $1.37/share. That’s a sizeable appreciation from the 11x valuation commanded in my last update. For investors seeking positioning, I don’t believe chasing at these levels would be the right move. NTST Stock Key Metrics Little has changed at the surface with regards to the quality of NTST’s portfolio since my last update. One of the most controversial questions is whether to launch online and offline versions or only the latter, although the plenary in February voted for both .
