Here are some of Monday's biggest stock movers: Biggest stock gainers Nurix Therapeutics ( NRIX ) +38% – Shares skyrocketed after the biotech announced an exclusive global licensing and collaboration agreement with Swiss pharma giant Roche (RHHBY) valued at up to $2.3B to develop and commercialize bexobrutideg. Nurix will receive a massive $700M upfront cash payment and remains eligible for future development, regulatory, and sales milestones for the oral BTK degrader. Under the agreement, Roche will fund 60% of development costs and Nurix 40%, with the companies sharing U.S. profits and losses equally alongside a co-commercialization framework. Outside the U.S., Roche will handle commercial duties and pay Nurix tiered royalties in the low- to high-teens. Oil prices jumped and jet fuel costs soared after the U.S.-Iran conflict began on Feb. 28, noted IATA's outgoing director general Willie Walsh , adding to the challenges he said airlines have faced in recent years from the Covid-19 pandemic to the war in Ukraine. "As a result, we expect average jet fuel prices to be 70% higher year-on-year," Walsh said in a report on the State of the Global Air Transport Industry published Sunday. "That will add $100 billion to our collective fuel bill this year." Walsh noted that while travel demand remains resilient, airlines are raising fares to cope, but he said growth will inevitably be slower. "Considering all this, we expect profitability to halve from 2025," Walsh added. "Net profits will fall from $45 billion to $23 billion in 2026, and net margins from 4.2% to 2.0%." Airlines whose balance sheets haven't recovered from Covid-19 and those operating in the Gulf will be most affected, according to Walsh. 明星 IP 餐饮品牌普遍面临产品标准化难、供应链管理弱及过度追求短期利益等问题。 近期，由知名艺人薛之谦创立的“上上谦”火锅，关闭了最后一家门店，大众点评App显示，“上上谦”最后一家门店已经撤下所有经营信息，至此，该品牌彻底退出市场。 公开信息显示，多年前薛之谦和朋友共同投资创建“上上谦”火锅，鼎盛时期拥有8家直营店和20家加盟店，然而，之后因竞争激烈且遭遇食品安全问题开始陆续关店，薛之谦也退出了该公司。 这并不是明星IP餐饮店第一次遭遇关店，“贤合庄”是由陈赫等艺人联合创立的火锅品牌，高峰期门店数量超800家，然而之后发生加盟商集体维权纠纷，陈赫退出股东行列，2023年，“贤合庄”北京地区门店全部关闭。此外，赵露思与朋友合伙开设的“RosyWylie”甜品店也在2024年11月左右停业了。 根据笔者观察，近年来很多明星依托自己的IP进行衍生经济发展，涉及餐饮、服饰、文化传播等，相对而言，经营餐饮业态的明星比较多，除了上述“上上谦”“贤合庄”和“RosyWylie”之外，郑恺的“火凤祥”、黄晓明的“烧江南”、孟非的“孟非的小面”等品牌都一度引起消费者关注，明星IP本身的流量“底盘”很高，粉丝对于明星IP的追随会在短时间内形成商业转化，此外还有一些跟风消费的“路人型”顾客也会蜂拥而至。 然而，做IP生意首先要懂得“内容”，无论做哪种业态，一定要了解产品的核心价值，比如做服饰要讲究设计、面料和做工等，而做餐饮则要懂得菜品、价格与餐厅管理。中式餐饮与西餐最大的区别点就是标准化，西餐可以将食物的油炸时间精准到秒，而中餐很多菜品就是靠厨师的手艺，不同厨师烹饪的菜品多少都有差异，如果是单店经营则问题不大，一旦连锁化和规模化发展，那么中餐的标准化与品控挑战就会很大。 根据笔者的了解，明星开设餐厅，大多数时候并不会亲力亲为，而是通过第三方团队去管理，不少第三方团队也只是借着明星的IP来快速发展，希望在短期内收割足够的利益，所以在产品研发和质量控制等方面会有所疏忽。更大的隐患在于，一旦经营团队快速扩张，那么就会出现短期内快速收到一大笔加盟费用，可实际上根本不足以在产品和管理上进行合理控制，这样就会引发问题，比如此前“贤合庄”就发生了加盟商集体维权纠纷。 或许有人会说，为了避免厨师和菜品的标准化问题，部分明星开设的是火锅店，只要采购和切配即可。笔者认为，相对炒菜的制作，火锅的确难度更...
