Unfortunately that pullback turned into more of a downtrend in the stock price. The stock has been at a low of $2.70 a share and a high of $9.78 during the past 6 months. This volatility comes about due to the strong potential of the company, but also the high risk with it. The company has a lot to execute before it can become the profitable company that bulls are hoping to see. There is a lot to like about the potential for the stock. Energy demand is surging in the US . It will only continue to grow as well. Data centers and the continued growth of AI will make sure this happens. The company is positioned to meet that growing demand with solar. The company is also one of a few companies that are manufacturing solar at scale in the US . I am a big fan of USA manufacturing companies. I think there is a strong trend for reshoring manufacturing operations. That being said, there are also a large number of concerns and risks. Earnings misses, tax credit eligibility concerns, reliance on related party transactions, financing, and execution on their manufacturing expansion. I can understand why there is volatility in the stock. I believe the risks are baked into the current stock price. I think at this price point the future potential outweighs the risks. I rate the stock a speculative buy . Financial and Production Review The company reported strong growth in Q4 as its G1_Dallas facility ramped to full production. The company produced 1.13 GW during Q4, an increase of 64% from Q3. This brought in revenue of $358.6 million for the quarter, nearly the total of Q1-Q3 combined. "We had some pretty good news 20 minutes ago, but it seems to be going very well in the Middle East with Iran," Trump told reporters traveling to Washington on Air Force One, according to MS Now. "We'll know over a little period of time. We're negotiating over the weekend." A major sticking point in the negotiations has been the issue of recovering material from Iran's nuclear program. Trump said the U.S. will "go in with Iran and we will take it together, and we will bring it back, 100% of it back to the United States". "We'll take it after the agreement is signed," he said. Peace talks in the Pakistani capital Islamabad between a U.S. delegation led by Vice President JD Vance and Iranian negotiators headed by parliamentary speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf failed to reach an agreement last weekend. Trump added that he likely would not extend the two-week ceasefire that's due to end on Wednesday and said that a blockade of Iranian ports would remain in place. U.S. and Israeli forces began an aerial campaign against Iranian targets on Feb. 28. "Maybe I won't extend it, but the blockade is going to remain. But maybe I won't extend it, so you have a blockade, and unfortunately, we'll have to start dropping bombs again," Trump said. The pop music titan had been accused of sexually abusing Jordan Chandler, a 13-year-old boy who had accompanied Jackson on his Dangerous world tour and regularly shared a bed with the singer. Chandler had made a drawing of distinctive markings and blotches on Jackson’s crotch which matched the photos, law enforcement said. “Not just the genitalia,” said deputy district attorney, Lauren Weis, in comments echoed by LAPD colleagues. “But a particular mark on the underside of his penis which the victim described.” The incident is a well-known part of Jackson lore; in a live satellite feed broadcast shortly after, the singer branded the strip-search “the most humiliating ordeal of my life”. The following month, Jackson paid a reported $25m to settle the case out of court. The business model of Lundin is based on organic growth through expansion and optimization of existing mines, strategic acquisitions meant to expand the production life and asset base. Lundin also has joint ventures with players like BHP which allow for synergistic operations, and all this is managed keeping in mind disciplined capital allocation. In one of my previous articles, I had written on Taseko Mines about how it was likely to benefit from the copper boom. Here we look at how Lundin may benefit from the different supply-demand forces. Lundin's portfolio includes operating assets in Candelaria, and Caserones, both in Chile, and Chapada in Brazil. It also has the Vicuña project in Argentina, which is in a 50% joint venture with BHP. The Vicuña is said to be among one of the largest copper discoveries in the past 30 years and is expected to rank among the world’s top copper, gold, and silver mines. The Vicuña project is the single most important driver of Lundin’s long-term valuation and growth trajectory. In recent times, Lundin has sharpened its focus to become a pure-play copper-mining player. This has been visible after Lundin deliberately sold the mines of Neves-Corvo and Zinkgruvan to Boliden and divested Eagle Mine to Talon Metals. This is meant to enhance operational efficiency and align the company with long-term copper demand. According to the earnings report and company MD&A, Lundin aims to be among the top 10 global copper producers. One of the primary reasons for Lundin being bullish on copper is that it is a key metal for the ongoing energy transition, and it’s a metal used in electrification, digital infrastructure, etc. The multiple demand sources ensure that demand for copper is likely to remain robust, and any pure-play copper miner and producer is likely to benefit from the upside as well. It depends on how much earlier you initiate these benefits. If you file at the earliest possible age of 62 rather than this year's FRA of 67, it will reduce the amount of your payments by 30%. In more tangible, relatable terms, claiming five years earlier than your intended age will dial back the typical monthly payment of $2,071 to about $1,450. For most people, that's a difference not to take lightly. In this vein, understand that you can also claim at any point in between those two points in time, with a reduced degree of penalty. Filing when you turn 64, for instance, only reduces your intended benefits payment by 20%. Claiming just two years before you reach your FRA only lowers your monthly benefit by about 14%.
