(the “Company” or “WNEB”) (NasdaqGS: WNEB), the holding company for Westfield Bank (the “Bank”), announced today the unaudited results of operations for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025. For the three months ended December 31, 2025, the Company reported net income of $5.2 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, compared to net income of $3.3 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, for the three months ended December 31, 2024. On a linked quarter basis, net income was $5.2 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, as compared to net income of $3.2 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, for the three months ended September 30, 2025. For the twelve months ended December 31, 2025, net income was $15.3 million, or $0.75 per diluted share, compared to net income of $11.7 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, for the twelve months ended December 31, 2024. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable on or about February 25, 2026 to shareholders of record on February 11, 2026. James C.
