Apogee’s zumilokibart (APG777) is a subcutaneous monoclonal antibody that targets IL-13 dosed just 2-4x a year. While chronic disease markets favor infrequent dosing due to increased compliance, indications like AD and Asthma are crowded. And zumilokibart is also tasked with being, at worst, safe and non-inferior to popular alternatives like Sanofi's ( SNY ) DUPIXENT When I last wrote on Apogee, zumilokibart advanced to a Phase 2 clinical trial ( NCT06395948 ) in moderate-to-severe AD. Today, APGE is up 20% in intraday trading after reporting 52-week maintenance data in moderate-to-severe AD. So I thought now was a good time to reevaluate the stock. Moderate-to-Severe AD Before I get into zumilokibart’s data and compare it to current treatments, we have to point out some caveats beyond the obvious (i.e., cross-trial comparisons). Apogee’s Phase 2 utilizes an “as-observed” analysis rather than a “non-responder imputation.” This almost always results in higher reported efficacy percentages because it excludes the patients who leave the trial. While this is reasonable to use in what is essentially a proof-of-concept trial, you can bet that Apogee’s Phase 3 trial will employ the usual statistical analysis. Author's Compilation For those who aren’t aware, EASI-75 is the key efficacy endpoint in AD. This basically tells us how many patients have seen at least a 75% improvement in their AD. The government lacks the controls to verify whether foreign students are complying with their visa terms — and it isn’t even sure whether students are leaving Canada after their permits expire, according to her latest report . Hogan found that while about 150,000 students were flagged in 2023 and 2024 for potential non-compliance, immigration officials only had the resources to investigate about 4,000 cases. Of those cases, 41% couldn’t be closed because students didn’t respond to the department’s inquiries. Hogan highlighted some of the risks the government still faces, even as it shrinks the international student program. Her office discovered that the government has failed to take action in cases where applicants used fraudulent documents or misrepresented information to get their permits. The majority of those students then went on to apply for other immigration permits — often with no note left in their files to alert public servants to their history of giving bad information. The move left platinum looking vulnerable in the near term, with investors still more focused on firm U.S. yields and the aftereffects of last week’s inflation scare than on bargain hunting. The break lower has changed the tone of the XPT chart more than the daily percentage move alone suggests. Platinum is no longer just backing away from a crowded upside trade; it is now testing whether the market has enough conviction to hold anywhere below $1,900 after losing momentum so abruptly. What stands out technically is how quickly the recent support shelf gave way once the metal started leaning lower. A rebound from here is still possible, but it would need to recover $1,900 first and then work back toward the low-$1,920s before the structure begins to look less fragile. One of the most common is from Des Moines, Iowa-based Intoxalock, which takes the form of a small box with a plastic tube into which the driver blows. The driverless trucking startup seems to have a bright future ahead of it, but large losses and cash burn are expected to be a problem in the near term. As the future of transportation looks to be increasingly autonomous, this is a name to watch moving forward, but investors are currently paying a very high valuation here. Company introduction Kodiak was founded in 2018, with the goal of being a world leader in artificial intelligence. The company wants to disrupt the transportation industry via driverless trucking and has developed the Kodiak Driver, a virtual driver that combines advanced AI-powered software with modular and vehicle-agnostic hardware. As of the end of 2025, Kodiak Driver-powered vehicles have logged over 10,700 cumulative hours of paid driverless operations, a number that more than doubled its total from the end of the third quarter. Like many new stage growth companies, Kodiak AI went public through a SPAC in September 2025. A look at recent results A couple of weeks ago, Kodiak reported its fourth-quarter results for the December 2025 ending period. Revenues of $1.053 million were reported, up from just $770,000 in Q3 2025, and they beat street estimates by a decent margin. The company announced that it had deployed 10 additional Kodiak Driver-powered trucks to its key customer Atlas Energy Solutions during the quarter, doubling its total to 20 trucks. With very little revenue to date, Kodiak is currently losing a lot of money. Operating losses in Q4 were more than $38.7 million, up from just under $30 million in Q3. Net losses did improve to less than $74 million in Q4 from about $270 million in Q3.
