PTX Metals ( PTX:CA ) announced on Tuesday that it has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placements from up to $3M to up to $5.5M. As set forth in its earlier press release, the company proposes to complete both an offering of flow-through common shares (“FT Shares”) at $0.125 per FT share and units of the company at $0.11 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable to acquire one additional common share at $0.18 for a period of 36 months from the date of issuance. The company said that the warrants will be subject to an acceleration provision, whereby the company may accelerate the expiry date of the warrants if the closing price of the company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange is at or above $0.40 for more than 20 consecutive trading days, in accordance with the terms of the warrants. The company had initially proposed to issue up to $1.5M of both FT shares and units for total gross proceeds of $3M and now intends to issue up to $3.5M of FT shares and $2M of units for total gross proceeds of $5.5M. The company intends to use the proceeds from the issuance of the units for general corporate expenses and working capital purposes and to use the gross proceeds from the issuance of the FT shares to incur eligible "Canadian exploration expenses." Here’s why municipal bonds held up, and why the setup heading into Q2 may be even more compelling. What Happened to Municipal Bonds in Q1 2026? Hard to believe the first quarter is already behind us. And what a quarter it was: geopolitical conflict in the Middle East, another government shutdown, questions around Fed independence, and ongoing noise around AI investment valuations. Markets had a lot to digest in a short amount of time. Through all of it, high-quality investment-grade municipal bonds did what they’re supposed to do: they kept paying investors their interest and principal. That’s not a small thing when the rest of the market is dealing with elevated volatility across nearly every asset class. Muni Yields Moved. And That’s Actually Good News Here’s what’s worth paying attention to from a positioning standpoint heading into Q2. Municipal yields didn’t just move in Q1. They moved more than Treasuries. The 10-year AAA muni rose 30 basis points since the start of the year, nearly double the move in the 10-year Treasury over the same period. That kind of relative underperformance in price terms is frustrating if you’re already in, but for advisors looking to put money to work, it created a better entry point than we started the year with. At current levels, the 30-year muni/Treasury ratio has climbed over 2 percentage points since year-end and is now near its highest levels in two years. The Boston, Massachusetts-based biotech had submitted the New Drug Application to gain U.S. approval of ulixacaltamide HCl for adults with essential tremor, one of the most common movement disorders affecting nearly 7M Americans. The FDA has assigned January 29, 2027, as the target action date for the NDA and hasn’t mentioned any plans to conduct an advisory committee meeting, Praxis ( PRAX ) said. The NDA is supported by data from the company’s Essential3 Phase 3 program, in which two pivotal studies met the primary endpoints, indicating statistically and clinically significant results for ulixacaltamide in adults with essential tremor. On paper, RBLX is somewhat confusing to analyze. In the latter half of 2025, RBLX experienced the second largest dip since the company went public in 2021. Despite this though, 2025 was the biggest year in the history of the platform, breaking the record for most concurrent users on a gaming platform , with 47.4 million concurrent players, shattering the previous record of 41.8 million concurrent players which was held by the industry leader, Steam. With remarkable numbers like this it feels like 2025 should have been an amazing year for RBLX, and in some ways it was, but the unfortunate reality is that the company continues to disappoint. A Brief Summary Roblox is a gaming platform that was released in 2006, marketed towards young children, but since then, the company has made attempts at expanding its player base to young adults as well, with varying success. The company has failed to make a profit since its inception despite being (at times) the most played gaming platform in the world. Looking at the financials for RBLX, we see that despite the suboptimal finish to the year, 2025 had its positive aspects. Most notably, revenue and bookings both made significant gains. Not only this, but this was also the fourth quarter in a row that RBLX beat EPS estimates. Active daily users also reportedly increased by approximately 69% for Q4, reaching counts of approximately 144 million. However, I feel inclined to mention that RBLX has dealt with controversies in the past regarding bot users and misleading investors when it comes to user growth metrics, and although the discussion around this topic has died down in the past year or so, I still believe these numbers should be taken with a healthy amount of skepticism. This project is part of a joint venture with AECOM and EPC Consultants Inc., aimed at improving infrastructure to prevent untreated sewer discharges into local waterways. This 16-year program is one of New York City's major investments in wastewater infrastructure, addressing environmental issues in Brooklyn and Queens. Parsons will manage the construction of a large-diameter storage tunnel and related facilities, which includes about 3.25 miles of tunnel, to improve water quality and protect public health. The system will capture excess combined sewer flows during storms, minimizing environmental impacts. Parsons will use the DEP’s Construction Management Information System (CMIS) to ensure project efficiency and coordination, a system the company helped develop and deploy.
