AI voice startup ElevenLabs has tripled its valuation in a year, thanks to a $500 million investment. Sequoia led the Series D round, which values the London-based company at $11 billion. Other investors included Andreessen Horowitz, which ElevenLabs said has quadrupled its investment, and Iconiq, which tripled its commitment. ElevenLabs’ new price tag is more than three times what the company reached at its $180 million Series C in January last year. It then announced a $100 million employee share sale in September at a $6.6 billion valuation. The tender also included a16z, Iconiq and Sequoia, who led the deal. In its four years of existence, ElevenLabs has raised more than $850 million in funding for its voice AI model. Its technology spans dubbing, transcription, music, sound effects, and speech-to-speech, and is used by customers including Revolut and Meta. According to CEO Mati Staniszewski, ElevenLabs surpassed $330 million in annual recurring revenue last year. It will use the new funding for its international expansion and to invest further in its conversational AI agents as it builds toward an IPO. ElevenLab’s round is the second large deal in the AI voice space in the past month. A few weeks ago, San Francisco-based Deepgram closed a $130 million AVP-led Series C at a $1.3 billion valuation. At its new valuation, ElevenLabs has become Europe’s third-largest AI unicorn, according to PitchBook data, trailing French LLM developer Mistral and German defense tech startup Helsing. VC funding for European AI startups reached a peak last year at €23.5 billion (about $27.7 billion). Around one in every three euros invested in Europe now goes to AI. In late January 2026, United Parcel Service reported fourth-quarter 2025 results showing revenue of US$24.48 billion and net income of US$1.79 billion, while affirming a US$1.64 first-quarter 2026 dividend and guiding to about US$89.70 billion in 2026 revenue. Despite full-year 2025 revenue easing to US$88.66 billion and higher impairment charges, UPS raised 2026 free cash flow guidance to US$6.50 billion, underscoring its push toward higher-margin deliveries, automation, and reduced reliance on lower-return Amazon volumes. Next, we’ll examine how UPS’s stronger free cash flow guidance and shift toward higher-margin healthcare and SMB deliveries shape its investment narrative. We've found 11 US stocks that are forecast to pay a dividend yield of over 6% next year. See the full list for free. What Is United Parcel Service's Investment Narrative? For UPS to make sense in a portfolio, you really need to believe the company can turn disciplined cost cuts, automation and a pivot to higher-margin customers into durable cash generation, even while headline revenue is only edging up. The latest results and 2026 guidance point in that direction: management is aiming for US$89.70 billion in revenue and US$6.50 billion in free cash flow, enough to comfortably cover the roughly US$5.4 billion dividend after a year of softer sales and higher impairment charges. In the near term, the key catalysts are execution on the Amazon volume “glide down,” traction in healthcare and SMB shipments, and whether the cash flow lift is driven by genuine productivity rather than one-off asset sales. With the share price already up sharply since the update, disappointment on any of those fronts is a more immediate risk than broad macro shocks. However, investors should be aware that heavy debt and rich dividends leave less room for error. United Parcel Service's shares have been on the rise but are still potentially undervalued by 26%. Stifel believes that heavy AI spending and rising competition could weigh on Microsoft 's growth. The investment firm downgraded the "Magnificent Seven" technology titan to a hold rating from buy. Analyst Brad Reback also lowered his price target to $392 from $540. Shares of Microsoft are flat over the past 12 months but have slipped 14% this year. Reback's revised forecast implies that the stock has a further 5% to fall. MSFT 1Y mountain MSFT 1Y chart Reback said that his downgrade comes as Wall Street's earnings and revenue expectations appear too optimistic. "Given the well-documented Azure supply issues, coupled with Google's strong GCP Gemini results this evening and growing Anthropic momentum, we believe near-term Azur acceleration is unlikely," he wrote. "Net/net, while MSFT remains well positioned over the long-term to navigate the rapidly [evolving] AI landscape over the coming years, the near-term prospects seem a bit more cloudy as [Google] appears to be rapidly gaining AI share and MSFT's OAI relationship is not nearly as additive [as] it once was." Reback also expects Azure's gross margin compression to accelerate in the coming quarter, thanks to meaningful capital expenditures growth and an increasing percentage of spend centered on short-lived compute assets. "[Beyond] the COGS headwinds, management has made it very clear over the last 2 quarters they [are] stepping up their AI R & D investments which comes with a high price tag as it relates to hiring retaining personal as well as supporting these efforts (lots of GPU cycles consumed)," the analyst added. "The [net] impact of this is that OPEX growth is likely to be much closer to revenue growth than we [have] seen over the last several years." Reback sees no near-term catalysts for the stock, and expects it to trade range-bound either until Azure posts a significant acceleration or until capital expenditures growth slows below Azure growth, he wrote. Reback's downgrade comes a week after Microsoft s...
