AI 在决定调用哪个接口、生成什么参数的时候,最优先看的是接口返回的 content(五星),其次是 mcp.json 里的接口 description(四星)和参数 description(四星),SKILL.md 排最后(三星)。

Xavier Becerra, California Democratic gubernatorial candidate (L), and California Republican Gubernatorial candidate Steve Hilton (R). Getty Images Republican Steve Hilton has advanced to the general election for California governor after making the case that the state desperately needs new leadership following more than 15 years of Democratic dominance. He'll face Democrat Xavier Becerra , a former state attorney general and Biden administration health secretary, whom The Associated Press previously determined had won enough votes. Hilton faces a challenging electorate in the November election, as California has nearly twice as many registered Democrats as Republicans. If elected he would be the first GOP candidate to win statewide office since 2006. He thinks he can beat the odds. "Change is coming to California," Hilton said the day after the election. "That is good news for everyone." The outcome means Democratic candidate Tom Steyer did not qualify for the November election. During the campaign Hilton attacked Democrats over the state's high cost of living, the homelessness crisis and other issues. He pledged to lower prices for everything from gas to housing; make Californians' first $100,000 free of income tax; create a loan program for first-time homebuyers; and freeze in-state tuition at public colleges. Hilton was endorsed in April by President Donald Trump, which helped him consolidate support among Republican voters in the primary but could be a liability in the general election. Hilton, who has never held elected office, came to the United States in 2012 from the United Kingdom, where he was an adviser to Conservative Party officials including former Prime Minister David Cameron. He had a show on Fox News from 2017 to 2023 and became a U.S. citizen in 2021. Hilton often mentions his parents' experience fleeing communism in Hungary before migrating to the U.K. as a formative part of his family's history that helped shape his conservative worldview. 4 California School Districts Under DoJ Review Over Gender Ideology, Sex Ed Policies Authored by Kimberley Hayek via The Epoch Times, Four California public school districts face federal inquiries into whether their policies and practices regarding instruction on sexual orientation and gender ideology violate students’ civil rights. The districts under Justice Department review are all in Northern California, with three in Monterey County —Graves Elementary School District, Santa Rita Union School District, and Soledad Unified School District— as well as San Francisco Unified School District. Their students range from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. The reviews will determine whether the districts notify parents of their right to opt their children out of instruction on sexual orientation and gender ideology, also known as SOGI, and whether district practices align with federal protections against sex discrimination. “This Department of Justice will not tolerate local school authorities trampling on the rights of parents concerning the education of their children,” Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon of the department’s Civil Rights Division said in a June 8 statement. “The Supreme Court’s recent decisions in ‘Mahmoud’ and ‘Mirabelli’ have put all school districts on notice: policies that keep parents in the dark about sexuality and gender ideology in the classroom must end now.” California law mandates sex education to encompass these topics, and state provisions give parents the right to opt their children out of the instruction on these subjects, either entirely or in part. The San Francisco Unified School District has previously told its teachers that neither parental permission nor notification is needed to teach or discuss SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) topics in the classroom. In addition, SOGI topics “appear to be embedded in California’s social studies and history classes,” according to the DOJ statement. The reviews will also ...

A Singapore court has moved to seize stakes in fintech firm Big Pay and logistics unit Teleport held by Capital A Bhd. ’s Move Digital Sdn. to enforce an arbitration award stemming from a shareholder dispute. The Sheriff of the Supreme Court of Singapore had issued a notice of seizure to enforce a partial arbitration award requiring Move Digital to buy the Big Pay shares held by Christopher Davison and Navin Rajagopalan for a combined $14.7 million, Capital A said in a filing to the Kuala Lumpur bourse late Tuesday. The assets targeted for seizure include a 99.56% stake in Big Pay Pte. and an 11.45% holding in Teleport Everywhere Pte.
