With this report, I am adding the only pure-play company that I could find, which is Cirrus Aircraft ( CRRSF ), and explaining why I believe the company is a buy. Cirrus Aircraft Provides Premium Airplanes Cirrus Aircraft Cirrus Aircraft provides premium airplanes, operating a business focused on aircraft owners and high-net-worth individuals. The company has two revenue buckets, which are aircraft manufacturing and services. Aircraft manufacturing is Cirrus’ core business, accounting for 85% of revenues with two main product lines. The first one is the SRX2 Series piston aircraft, and the second one is the Vision Jet. The company differentiates itself with safety systems such as the CAPS parachute and Safe Return Autoland feature. The second revenue stream is the high-margin aftermarket business providing recurring revenues from maintenance, parts, upgrades, pilot training, aircraft management, digital services, and financing. Double-Digit Growth on Revenues With a Slight Lift in Margins Cirrus Aircraft In 2025, revenues increased 13.1% to $1.35 billion, with aircraft revenues growing 12.5% to $1.15 billion, driven by a combination of higher volume and mix, while services and other revenues increased 17% to $203 million. Gross profit grew 15.4% to $477.2 million, indicating an 80 basis point lift to the margins to 34.5% despite margin pressure from the G7+ launch. Typically, new aircraft come with lower initial margins, and that was no different for Cirrus, but even with that pressure absorbed, the margins still grew. Operating profit increased 13.1% to $176 million, indicating a margin expansion of 20 basis points to 13% despite higher marketing costs in connection with the G7+ launch. EBITDA grew 13.8% to $213 million, indicating a 10-basis-point margin expansion to 15.7%. The Growth Driver...
