格隆汇1月26日｜据科创板日报，腾讯公司董事会主席兼首席执行官马化腾在2025年度员工大会上表示，ChatGPT和DeepSeek改变了AI发展的进程，但每个企业穿越周期的节奏不一样，过往业务的长青保证了腾讯在AI上可以长期投入。“每个企业的基因不同、体质不同，腾讯的风格就是稳扎稳打。”他表示，在AI战略上，腾讯有自己的考虑和节奏，核心是产品的长期竞争力和用户的体验，现在正在各个业务板块和平台上仔细思考，持续点亮新的技能。据悉，在过去一年，腾讯在AI基础设施和AI人才结构上做了很多优化调整，加大了对业界原生AI人才的吸引，通过年轻化力量重构和加强了研发团队。

格隆汇1月26日｜荷兰国际银行大宗商品策略师Ewa Manthey指出，白银强势突破110美元，主要归功于避险资金的持续流入和强劲的工业需求。美元走软、实际收益率下降以及政策不确定性加剧导致投资者对硬资产的需求增强，都支撑了白银价格。此外，历史性的空头挤压和强劲的散户买盘也提振了白银价格。与此同时，工业需求——特别是来自太阳能、电气化和电网基础设施投资的需求——导致现货市场供应紧张，而矿产供应增长仍然有限。尽管存在这些风险，但整体形势依然良好。强劲的工业需求、紧张的现货供应以及投资者浓厚的兴趣将继续支撑着市场。

1月26日，就永辉北京一调改门店突然停业一事，北京鸿坤广场购物中心发布声明称，“1月23日，永辉超市未经我方了解情况下擅自关闭超市正门及主要出入口。事件发生后我方始终与永辉方面保持沟通督促永辉方面尽快恢复营业。”该购物中心表示，自永辉超市鸿坤广场店改造完毕以来，永辉方面未缴纳任何房租、物业费、水电费、广告位使用费及其它费用。永辉超市欠缴各项费用期间，购物中心持续正常供水、供电。（界面）

政府計劃至2035年或之前，停用燃煤作日常發電，增加輸入內地「零碳電力」，達六至七成。在立法會環境事務委員會上，有議員關注電費有無下調空間。 民建聯選舉委員會界別議員葛珮帆說：「香港電費比深圳貴百分之10，都頗影響算力中心發展。看文件說，輸入電力系統的工程2026年完成，何時才能內地的陸電供港？能供多少，有望減少多少電費？」 環境及生態局局長謝展寰回答：「現在香港有四分之一電力，是從大亞灣來港的核能，佔四分之一。現在進行的工程，可以從百分之25加至35，電力路線可加到35，可以有更多電力來港。量不是太大，所以我們現在正設計，在將軍澳有新路線，可再輸入百分之35，到2035年目標可達六成到七成。我們相信將『零碳』電力，從內地來港比例增加，有助香港電力價格保持低水平，但低多少？將來實際供應價格，還要跟上面(內地)談。」
