In that, most of the upside hinges on some key near-term clinical validation. Their balance sheet is pretty solid with runway into mid-2027, and they also hold their Axiomer platform, especially with AI-driven acceleration, to give them some strong long-term scalability. However, the company is still in a pre-proof-of-mechanism in humans, which makes the upcoming AX-0810 target engagement data in 1H26 the key inflection point for me. As I will explain, until that readout confirms the biology can translate clinically, the stock likely trades in a risk-balanced range here. Which is why I have chosen a hold stance ahead of what is essentially a make-or-break catalyst for this company. ProQR Therapeutics N.V. ProQR Therapeutics f inancials As a quick overview, ProQR released an FY25 financial update back in March, and it’s clear to see that the company is leaning into clinical and pipeline expansion. So we saw a corresponding increase in cash burn, but the good news is that they still managed to maintain a reasonable liquidity position. They ended the year with about €92.4 million in cash and cash equivalents, down from the €149.4 million we saw back in 2024. Now, this was mainly driven by some higher operating activity. Net cash used in operations hit €52.8 million for the year, which was a meaningful increase from €36.4 million in the prior year. They managed to advance AX-0810 into Phase 1 and also progress some additional pipeline assets. As for specific spending, R&D jumped to about €44.7 million, while G&A expenses also increased slightly to €15.1 million. NIPSCO locked out the workers who are covered by United Steelworkers Locals 12775 and 13796 on April 2 after the two sides failed to reach an agreement on a new labor contract to replace the previous agreement that expired March 31. The lockout "will remain in place until the union agrees to the company's last, best, and final offer and a new agreement is reached," NIPSCO said. Parisi was questioned Tuesday during an Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission hearing discussing a special contract and power purchase agreement between NIPSCO, GenCo, and Amazon to build a data center in northern Illinois. Parisi reiterated that the structure will save customers $1B to be returned as credits on monthly electric bills over the course of the 15-year special contract, but opponents dispute the cost that ratepayers would have to pay to build the data center. The union's concern is that NIPSCO would not advocate for its employees to operate the data center by using a common loophole of outsourcing the energy production, USW Local 12775 VP Vern Beck said.
