The company now has multiple paths to launching services beyond key FAA certification. My investment thesis is ultra Bullish, with the stock back to $5 after a bad capital raise contributed to the irrational downside. Source: Finviz Moving Beyond FAA About a month ago, Archer’s partners in Texas, Florida, and New York were selected for the White House’s eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP), a major step toward bringing air taxis to market in the United States. The company announced expectations to begin operations with partners in those states by the 2H'26. While eIPP brings a pathway to starting operations in the U.S. for Archer Aviation, the company doesn't have aircraft to really start any significant operations. Management hasn't had any official conversations about the eIPP program since the government announcement. The FAA's eIPP program apparently approved proposals primarily from Archer Aviation, Joby Aviation ( JOBY ), and BETA Technologies ( BETA ). The FAA listed specific project details as the following examples in New York and Texas involving Archer. Source: FAA Along with the program in Abu Dhabi and the defense programs, Archer Aviation has several pathways to launching services without a binary outcome waiting on FAA certification. As operations get off the ground in New York, Florida, or the UAE, the FAA certification becomes less of a worry. The biggest issue in the short term is that Archer Aviation doesn't have the aircraft for any meaningful operations. Along with the Q4'25 earnings report, the company didn't discuss any updated plans on aircraft production. The company plans to ramp aircraft production to nearly 50 in 2026. The company won't announce Q1 results for another month, until mid-May, so the market won't hear more details about the financial impacts of the eIPP de...

Honeywell ( HON ) Thursday said that it is providing connected services, advanced digital performance monitoring, and operator training to the Dangote Petroleum Refinery in Lekki, Nigeria - the world's largest single-train petroleum refinery. Through this collaboration , Honeywell Performance+ Services, part of Honeywell's ecosystem of Connected Solutions, will be deployed across several of the refinery's core processing units to help increase production of high-octane fuels from various feedstocks to achieve maximum output. "As global energy demand grows, refineries must operate with greater agility, reliability, and efficiency," said Ken West , president and CEO of Honeywell Process Technology. Honeywell will also provide advanced training and simulation solutions to support the refinery's workforce operations and development. Built using digital twins of Dangote's facilities, Honeywell's Operator Training Simulators (OTS) will allow operators to train in real-world scenarios, improving readiness and enabling teams to test actions under safe conditions, it said in a statement. J. Michael Jones/iStock Editorial via Getty Images Introduction Papa John's ( PZZA ) is down significantly from the post-pandemic hype era, facing significant macro pressure from a weak consumer environment, especially in North America, forcing the company to adapt. Given their turnaround potential, attractive valuation, and ongoing takeover offer that can even result in a bidding war, PZZA is rated Buy, as the risk-reward is now in the company's favor as the stock fell to some of their lowest levels since 2013. Turnaround Advancing Papa John's IR PZZA's Q4 numbers were mixed , with a very slight beat on EPS despite a miss on revenue, with the free cash flow reaching $61.305 million in 2025 (vs. $34.15 million in 2024 and $116.44 million in 2023) - without including the hit and insurance proceeds related to the impact of natural disasters. Throughout 2025, PZZA opened 279 new restaurants, of which 96 were in North America and 183 were international, while closing a total of 226, for a net addition of 53, with global system-wide restaurant sales up ~1% to $4.92 billion, while NA comparable sales dropped ~2% while international ones grew by ~5%. As part of the company's transformation, PZZA now targets $60 million in supply chain "Back to Basics" cost savings alongside closing 200 restaurants in North America (out of 300 underperforming restaurants identified, the majority to be closed by the end of 2027), which is not something exclusive to them in this environment. Papa John's management also talked about this in more detail during their Q4 Earnings Call , highlighting that this transformation is going to take time and results won't be "pretty" overnight: We established a plan to deliver at least $60 million of system-wide supply chain cost savings to our company and franchise restaurants without compromising the customer experience. We identified at least $25 million of noncustomer-facing corporate cost savings to be realized through 2027. And we ended the year mee...
