The company continues to operate under the radar of most investors and the market. With the most recent earnings report covering Q4 and FY2025, the trend is clear: DUOT is a hypergrowth company looking to scale its unique data center model. The recent funding helps ensure these investments actually come to fruition as well. Even though this has taken a toll on the stock price, seeing as it was done through equity, the upside is still plentiful in my opinion. Previous Coverage (Seeking Alpha) I’m also updating my revenue projections for the company, seeing as it’s now beginning to look like it will work on even larger projects than the small-scale pods, potentially being a major catalyst for the top line. I’m sticking with a Strong Buy for DUOT. FY2025 Report—Strong Growth All Around Last Earnings (Seeking Alpha) The FY2025 report came out on March 31, 2026 , and since then, the stock has remained largely flat. Since my first coverage, the returns have been far from good, but that is something I warned about as well. This is a long-term play, and downturns in the range of 30-40% will happen. I’m still invested at an average cost of $10.2 per share, so I’m in the same boat as most people reading this article, too. For Q4, the top line and bottom line missed both, but given the upbeat guidance for 2026, I think it helped mute many of the otherwise negative aspects in terms of financial figures. Revenue Types (DUOT FY2025 10-K) Despite the miss, the revenues have grown a staggering 271% YoY compared to 2024. Much of this comes from “services and consulting—related parties.” For those not aware, these are revenues that DUOT gets from an asset management agreement with New APR Energy, signed back in late 2024 . It’s not here to stay, but it has helped bridge capital for DUOT to invest more aggressively in deploying its ne...

Malaysia’s Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim sought to defuse a controversy over diesel shipments to the Philippines, underscoring how sensitive such trades have become as countries grapple with rising energy costs. Allegations that Malaysian state energy firm Petroliam Nasional Bhd. was supplying diesel to the Philippines were untrue, Anwar was cited as saying by local media outlet Bernama. The shipments were actually being handled by energy trading giant Vitol Group under existing commercial arrangements, he said. “They have an agreement to transport oil and sell it to the Philippines,” Anwar was quoted as saying at an event in Malaysia’s Terengganu state on Monday. “It’s not us supplying it.” Petronas also denied media reports over the weekend that it had supplied diesel to the Philippines, saying its utmost priority is to ensure “reliable and continuous fuel supply for Malaysia.” Malaysia’s government is under pressure to contain rising living costs and manage a swelling subsidy bill due to higher oil prices caused by the war in the Middle East. The nation’s monthly subsidies for both petrol and diesel have climbed to 6 billion ringgit ($1.5 billion), from 700 million ringgit before the conflict. The Ministry of Finance announced fuel price hikes last week, with diesel in Peninsular Malaysia hitting a record high of 6.72 ringgit ($1.69) per liter. The government has kept the subsidized price of RON95, the most popular grade of petrol, at 1.99 ringgit for Malaysians. Philippine Energy Secretary Sharon Garin said a shipment of 329,000 barrels of diesel that arrived in the country over the weekend was procured from Singapore-based Vitol Asia Pte Ltd. But she said, citing the certificate of origin , that the petroleum products were originally sourced from Malaysia, loaded onto a ship on April 4 and then delivered to Philippine Coastal Storage & Pipeline Corp. in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Manila has been trying to boost its own supply of fuel products to augment domest...
