Additionally, the company’s profits were down from a year ago, reflected in a 9.3% net income margin from 14.8% a year ago and a ~20% decline in both unadjusted and adjusted earnings per share to CHF0.21 per share and CHF0.25 per share, respectively. Shares opened more than 11% lower. For the fourth quarter, On Holdings ( ONON ) generated CHF743.8M in sales ($947.3M), up 23% from a year earlier and slightly above expectations of CHF743.1M. This helped offset a decline in profits and raised the company’s gross profit margin by 180 basis points to 63.9%. By channel, wholesale sales increased 31.2%, while direct-to-consumer sales were up 30%. In the company’s Asia-Pacific region, sales soared more than 85%, outperforming gains in the Americas (+21.3%) and EMEA (+2.5%). On the company’s balance sheet, cash and cash equivalents increased by 10.3% to CHF1.02B, and net working capital increased by 14.3% to CHF570.3M. For FY26, On ( ONON ) plans to further scale its LightSpray technology, advance innovation across its core running franchises, and continue expanding its apparel offering, all of which are expected to increase sales by 23%, translating into net sales of at least CHF3.44B (below CHF3.75B estimates), gross profit margin of at least 63.0%, and an adjusted EBITDA margin between 18.5% and 19.0%.
