Nvidia isn’t just selling GPUs; they are creating the operating system for the AI economy. With the work of Blackwell and the upcoming Rubin platform, Nvidia is collapsing the cost of inference while increasing performance per watt across their stack of compute, networking, and CUDA software. As AI moves from model-based to agent-based inference to generate billions of tokens per day, hyperscalers will need to scale their infrastructure, effectively putting Nvidia in a position to win a disproportionate amount of the world’s increasing AI compute spend. Blackwell to Rubin Drives 10X Token Cost Drop by 2027 In my view, Nvidia holds a moat through an integrated computing and networking architecture that monetizes the transition from model training to inference and Agentic AI. This architecture is based on the Blackwell and upcoming Rubin platforms. It derived record results in Q4 with total topline hitting $68.13 billion, marking a 73% increase YoY. Similarly, the Data Center segment led with $62.13 billion of this total. The segment topline jumped 75% YoY and 22% QoQ. This expansion points out that demand for accelerated computing infrastructure may continue to outpace supply. As I see it, the main component of this growth is the shift toward inference-heavy workloads. As per Nvidia’s management, compute equals revenues for cloud service providers. 深化资本市场改革是更好服务新质生产力发展的迫切要求，事关确保“十五五”开好局、起好步。 在今年经济增长预期目标略有下调、财政预算安排积极但扩张力度克制的情况下，实现“十五五”良好开局需要加紧培育壮大新动能。在此过程中，进一步推动资本市场高质量发展，责任重大、使命光荣。本文拟结合中国证监会主席吴清在本次人大经济主题记者会上的答记者问，就此谈几点看法。 经济增长预期目标仍需努力才可达成 关于开局之年做什么，去年底中央经济工作会议提出“八个坚持”，做了全面部署。今年初全国两会据此细化落实，将之分解为十大政府工作任务，其中：将“坚持创新驱动，加紧培育壮大新动能”分解为“加紧培育壮大新动能”和“加快高水平科技自立自强”；将“坚持协调发展，促进城乡融合和区域联动”分解为“扎实推进乡村全面振兴”和“推动新型城镇化和区域协调发展”；将“更大力度保障和改善民生”提到“加快推动全面绿色转型”之前；将“坚持守牢底线，积极稳妥化解重点领域风险”拓展为“加强重点领域风险防范化解和安全能力建设”。因此，两会最大的亮点是，设定发展主要预期目标尤其是经济预期增速，审议通过财政预算报告。 今年经济增长预期目标被设定为4.5%~5%，在实际工作中努力争取更好结果。这略低于过去三年5%左右的预期目标，而且是一个区间目标，既积极又务实。今年赤字率拟按4%左右安排，与上年持平；新增政府债务规模（包括赤字、专项债和特别国债，不含2万亿元化债限额）11.89万亿元，较上年略多出300亿元，远低于上年多增2.9万亿元的水平。 今年，我国以新增政府债务规模/名义国内生产总值（GDP）衡量的广义赤字率为8.1%，略低于去年8.5%的水平。而去年广义赤字率较上年提高1.8个百分点，同时支出进度加快、结构优化，为我国对冲经济下行压力提供了坚实保障。由于政策上的提前量和富余量，让我国能够从容应对外部冲击，在国际经贸斗争中把握了主动。 今年继续实施更加积极的财政政策，赤字率维持高位，同时一般公共预算支出总量、新增政府债券规模和中央对地方转移支付额均创新高。但从增量看，广义财政扩张力度有限。这既考虑了财政可持续性，也体现了从“推动经济持续回升向好”向“推动经济实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长”的政策微调，契合了经济增长预期目标下调。 由于外部环境变化影响加深，新旧动能转换任务艰巨，达成增长预期目标还需付出艰辛的努力。从支出法看，...

I'm neither a baseball icon nor a home run hitter. I manage investment risk for a living. And since retiring from managing "other people's money" in 2020, it's my money I'm focused on. And my risk I'm managing. But I am still on a mission to help others manage risk, since it is easily the most underrated and under-coached aspect of modern investing. To that end, I wrote this article on the 10 ETFs I decided would make up my "core" portfolio in 2026, alongside a big old boring bond ladder and some trading activity. As the bullet point summary of that December 28, 2025, article explained, these 10 ETFs are my "core" and I will rotate between them throughout 2026. I'll also replace 1 or 2 if I think there's a major upgrade to be had. Bulls love PTY because it still generates $1.43 in distribution income per share, which is an 11.24% annualized yield. Investors are also getting a professionally managed multi-sector credit portfolio, which could appreciate in value if credit conditions improve. Shares of PTY have been sliding due to the fears of its utilization of leverage and the gap between its NAV and share price. I believe there is a misconception that even though the Fed is cutting rates, shares of PTY should automatically be higher. I think that investors are overlooking sentiment and that the market has stopped awarding PTY with larger multiples on its NAV as higher short-term financing costs and credit sensitivity negatively impacted sentiment. I believe that PTY’s premium has been reset lower and the rate backdrop has become more bullish for PTY, creating a path for it to rebound. Shares of PTY are trading lower, but the income stream is stable and provides a large amount of recurring income that can’t be found in the risk-free environment. While shares of PTY have declined, I believe that it will continue generating double-digit yields and command a larger share price as rates start to decline again in the 2 nd half of 2026.
