Leading the list is SBA Communications ( SBAC ), the wireless tower REIT, which climbed 27.4% as infrastructure-linked real estate attracted fresh attention amid ongoing demand for communications capacity. Iron Mountain ( IRM ) followed closely with a 26% gain, building on a Q1 2026 earnings beat that saw EPS of $0.60 come in well ahead of the $0.52 consensus, a 15% upside surprise that reinforced the data management and storage REIT's reputation as one of the more resilient names in the sector. The list features diversity across real estate subsectors, including several Office REITs such as Kilroy Realty Corporation ( KRC ), Douglas Emmett, Inc.
