My investment thesis remains ultra bullish on the stock trading at the yearly lows. Finviz Living Off Alani Nu Celsius reported Q1'26 earnings that beat analyst estimates as follows: Non-GAAP EPS of $0.41 beats by $0.12. Revenue of $782.6 million (+137.7% YoY) beats by $21.97 million. The key is to understand how the numbers impact future financials. As the below chart highlights, Celsius made the Alani Nu and Rockstar acquisitions within the last year, so the Q1 results weren't compared to pro forma numbers. Celsius Q1'26 presentation The reality is that the Celsius brand only grew 6% YoY, while all the growth came from adding the new brands as follows: Total revenue: $782.6 million, retail sales up 30% YoY Celsius: $347.9 million, retail sales up 6% YoY Alani Nu: $368.1 million, retail sales up 100% YoY Rockstar: $66.6 million, retail sales down 13% YoY So the financial picture is all based on how well Alani Nu continues to grow the business. As the company highlighted in the earnings report, Alani Nu revenues grew from $230.7 million in Q1'25 to $368.1 million in the last quarter with lower overall growth rates due to weak non-U.S. energy drink sales and distribution mix. According to NielsenIQ data, Celsius overall sales are up in the 30% range with both favorable volume and price mix through April 4. As noted, virtually all of the sales growth is from the Alani Nu brand. While investors have to be careful looking at the overall revenue growth rates, one can definitely review the profit position of Celsius.
